Yoga is a way of life for me. It is how I eat, sleep, move, interact with the world, and continually dive deeper into SELF. I have been teaching for 10yrs, and the journey has been incredible. I teach a variety of styles from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Restorative + Reiki, and Kundalini.

Kundalini is known as the yoga of awareness. It is a dynamic, powerful tool that is designed to give you an experience of your wholeness. It combines the energy of the nervous system with the energy of the glandular system to create a sensitivity in the brain to receive and integrate the signals of the soul. Physical and energetic blocks are quickly and effectively moved through to bring about powerful results.

This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, poses, meditation, and movement to balance the body, mind, and spirit. Benefits include relief from stress and insomnia, enhanced creativity, lymphatic cleansing, a strengthened nervous system. weight control, and an empowered sense of Self.  Other benefits include liver detoxification, heart health, expanded lung capacity, and increased will-power.

This is multi-dimensional yoga – we go way beyond the movement of our bodies into quieting the mind and igniting the spirit. You can expect to breathe, move, chant and be still, and in doing so, connect a little more deeply to your sweet, sweet soul.

My intention as a teacher is to show up authentically and hold space for you to have an experience.
