Dynamic Movement & Yoga Sessions

Dynamic exercises involve various movements meant to increase blood flow and move energy through different parts of your body.  These types of exercises help pre stretch and activate the muscles without overstretching them.  These movements are a dynamic blend of physical postures, breathing, stretching, meditation, mantra and relaxation, the combination of which activates the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system, expands the lung capacity, and purifies the bloodstream.
